In her role as Associate, Christen is responsible for helping to complete market feasibility analyses for residential, retail, office and industrial projects. She is also responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing primary and secondary data to prepare for reports and presentations, including various private sources such as Esri Business Analyst, CoStar, and ArcGIS, as well as government sources such as the American Community Survey and Chicago Cityscape.
